Job Brief:

We are looking for a talented BD Marketing Executives & above to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services, and public image.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Responsibilities:

Enhance overall customer experience by coordinating and following up with internal and external customers, tracking customer order history, and resolving concerns.

Assist in scheduling, analysing, and updating project estimates.

Assist with sales forecasting, sales lead generation, sales proposals, and contract negotiation.

Conduct market research and contact potential customers.

Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures.

Track sales goals, result and update project timelines.

Implement and prioritize company policies and procedures.

Conduct weekly meetings to review metrics, report accomplishments, and set goals for the week.

Maintain and update project documents and proposal and bid documents.

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as marketing.

Qualification &Communication Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
